Can I pick my shade?
Yes — you choose your shade. We have a tan menu on the wall with the shade options and the exact numbers to enter, so it’s really straightforward. Options include Light, Medium and Dark, plus a double-leg spray option for each.
What are the shade names?
Golden Glow (Light) • Sun‑kissed Bronze (Medium) • Deep Bronze (Dark). If you’re unsure, we can recommend one based on the look you want (subtle, classic glow, or deeper bronze).
How do I prep for my spray tan?
Exfoliate and shave 24 hours before. On the day: no moisturiser, deodorant or perfume. Wear loose, dark clothing for afterwards.
How long before I can shower?
Wait at least 8 hours before showering (longer is even better if you can). Pat dry afterwards and moisturise daily.
How long does the tan last?
Typically 7–10 days with good aftercare. Moisturising daily and avoiding heavy exfoliation helps it last longer.
Is the booth cleaned between clients?
Yes. The booth runs an automatic sanitation cycle between sessions, and our staff also clean it thoroughly after every client so it’s properly fresh for the next one.
How do I book?
Book online via our booking page. New customers register once with your name, email and a password, then select your service and pay.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full payment upfront. Cancellation 24+ hours: 50% charge. Under 24 hours: 100% charge (no exceptions). Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice. No rescheduling within 24 hours, including same‑day changes. 10+ minutes late = appointment forfeited and charged.
Is red light therapy available now?
It’s coming very soon, but not bookable just yet. We’ll announce the launch on Instagram and Facebook, and you can also email us if you want notified.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — buy online or in store. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be used for spray tan now, and red light therapy when it launches.
